High Peak Season (Christmas Holidays & Easter Bookings)

• Cancellation providing more than 14 days notice from the date of arrival will be refunded minus $50.00 administration fee
• Cancellation providing less than 14 days notice from the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 100% of monies paid.
• No credit or refund will be available for early departures once arrived.

Mid Season & Peak Season (School Holidays & Long Weekends)

• Cancellation providing more than 7 days notice from the date of arrival will be refunded minus $50.00 administration fee
• Cancellation providing less than 7 days notice from the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of monies paid.
• No credit or refund will be available for early departures once arrived.

Low Season

• Cancellation providing more than 7 days notice from the date of arrival will be refunded minus $50.00 administration fee.
• Cancellation providing less than 7 days notice from the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the monies paid.
• No credit or refund will be available for early departures once arrived.

PETS - The Coastal Crab Moonta Bay is Pet friendly accommodation with a maximum of 2 pets per booking. All Pets are strictly prohibited from all indoor carpeted areas and on all furniture. Pets are welcome to be left outside of the property while you are out however it is the full responsibility of the occupant if any damages are done while pets are unattended. We have a fully enclosed backyard area and we take no responsibility if the pets are able to get out. It is your responsibility to ensure all gates are locked and pets are secured prior to departure. It is the responsibility of the occupant to ensure that all pet waste and mess is cleaned and disposed of in the correct bins prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.

CHILDREN

Infants are free of charge, and are welcome to use the allocated infant area located in the master bedroom. It is the full responsibility of the parent to ensure that all children are safe and secured when using this area. Please ensure that this area is cleaned and the rubbish is disposed of prior to departure. We are a family friendly home. Child rates apply to ages 2-15 years. Please note that children are welcome to use the existing bedding and are welcome to use any toys or child friendly activities while staying. It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that children are supervised at all times while using any outdoor activities.

No Smoking - Under no circumstances is smoking allowed in any indoor area within the home. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the appropriate bins. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in a cleaning fee of $50
